Virtuoos Vlaanderen! Naar een Living-Human-Treasures-programma in Vlaanderen

Virtuoos Vlaanderen! gaat op zoek naar de kansen van het UNESCO-programma Living Human Treasures, en dit voor diverse beleidsdomeinen. Vlaanderen is rijk … aan menselijke schatten, maar de opgebouwde kennis en vaardigheden van meesters in onder meer ambachten en podiumkunsten komen meer en meer onder druk te staan. Naast een internationale vergelijking van bestaande Living-Human-Treasures-programma’s komen op deze conferentie de resultaten van een praktijkonderzoek naar dit immaterieel cultureel erfgoed aan bod, gegoten in een nota met gerichte beleidsaanbevelingen.
Deze conferentie bundelt alle expertise en inzichten uit ‘Schatten van*in Mensen’ (2012-2014), een traject opgezet door FARO, ETWIE, tapis plein, Erfgoedcel Brussel, het Firmament, Circuscentrum en de provincie West-Vlaanderen.
