Laten we eens een open deur intrappen: het Circuscentrum is geweldig. Er werken uitsluitend knappe, intelligente mensen met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en een dito talenknobbel. Ze hebben een grondige kennis van het terrein, lopen over van teamspirit en dragen integriteit hoog in het vaandel. Er heerst een bijzonder goeie sfeer en hun deur staat altijd wagenwijd open.
Maar alles kan beter. Om nog een stap vooruit te zetten is een ultieme teambuildingactiviteit aan de orde. Geen paintball, karting of bowling, het Circuscentrum maakt – noblesse oblige – een circusvoorstelling!
De conditie wordt op punt gesteld, het concentratievermogen aangescherpt en de vertrouwensband aangehaald. Sluimerende conflicten worden ontmijnd en de rollen mogen door elkaar, Koen Allary hoeft niet per se de circusdirecteur te worden. Subsidies en een creatiebudget samenrapen zou geen probleem mogen zijn, ze kunnen het geld tegenhouden aan de bron. Het thema ligt voor de hand: een circusversie van ‘The Office’.
Voor de politieke correctheid maken we er best een mengvorm van waarin de verschillende stromingen in circusland vertegenwoordigd zijn. Een perfecte mix van hedendaags en traditioneel.

Een creatieperiode waar de vonken van af vliegen, gevolgd door voorstellingen langsheen alle Vlaamse circusscholen, met aansluitend een diaboloworkshop voor 48 kleuters.
